The Engineering Economy Division (EED) of the Institute of Industrial
Engineers (IIE) is seeking nominations for the board positions of
Communications Director, Board of Directors, Wellington Award
Committee, and TEE Editorial Board.  Descriptions of the positions are
shown at the end of this email.

Self-nominations are welcomed.  Student members are not eligible.
 To
submit a nomination, complete the attached nomination form and send it
to Pam Patterson (ppatterson at iienet.org) by February 28, 2014.

Communications Director - The Communications Director is elected for a
one year term and is responsible for the newsletter, conference
announcements, and other communications with EED members. In the
following three years the communications director will succeed in
order to the positions of Program Chair, President, and Immediate
Past-President.

Board of Directors - The division is electing one member to the Board
of Directors, who will serve for a two year term. The Board of
Directors assists, advises, and directs the officers of the division.
A specific duty of the board is to identify and execute strategic
initiatives to enhance division effectiveness.

Wellington Award Committee Member - A committee member will serve a
3-year term. Members who are previous recipients of the Award are
especially encouraged to volunteer.

Representative to the editorial board of The Engineering Economist - A
representative will serve a 3-year term. TEE authors are especially
encouraged to volunteer.
