As many of you are aware, Andy Sage is retiring at the end of this year as Editor-in-Chief of the INCOSE SE Journal.   I request your help in finding his replacement.  Please review the attached announcement and reach out to your colleagues to help find strong candidates.  Please publish this announcement in any newsletters, mailing lists, websites, or any other venue that you believe will be helpful. The SE Journal is a critical resource for the SE research community.  We need to have a strong replacement for Andy, who has done such a great job in steering the Journal since its inception.
