[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: wn_simple_gce 0.4 now publicly available

Release 0.4 of Webnucleo's wn_simple_gce Module is now publicly available.
wn_simple_gce is Webnucleo.org's library of codes for running simple
models of Galactic chemical evolution.

The module is available at this location:

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        New:

        wn_simple_gce is now hosted at sourceforge.net.

        Code now uses extern "C" for c++ compilers.

        Fix:

        Usage check on an species gas mass fraction example has been
fixed.

        Precision on output has been increased for example that derives
omega for given gas mass fraction.
