[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: Liblvls 0.6 Released

[Announce list for the Webnucleo project.]

Release 0.6 of Webnucleo's liblvls Module is now publicly available.

The codes contained in this module allow the user to store and manage
level data for quantum systems such as atoms, molecules and nuclei.

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        New:

        Routines have been added to allow the user to change the format
for
        level energies and Einstein A coefficients to XML output
        (closes liblvls:tickets:#2).

        An example code has been added to convert a text file from the
NIST Atomic Spectra Database to liblvls XML.

        An example code has been added to print out spontaneous
transitions
        into and out of a particular level in a species.
