ANNOUNCE: Polytrope Tool 0.6 released

Release 0.6 of Webnucleo's online Polytrope Tool is now
publicly available.  This tool allows an internet user to explore
simple models of stars.  This release supersedes all other public 
releases.

The releases list/log page has been redesigned.

Fix:

The reference to the 0.3 release in the downloadable IDL distribution
is now 0.6, this release.
