*MBA Student Association Monthly Newsletter 'Fifty Shades of Truth' *

This semester, the MBA-SA will provide a monthly newsletter for upcoming
events, ongoing campaigns, and human interest stories.

Why should you read it? Because it's funny. That's why. Have an OP-ED
piece? I'd love to see you do better!

*OrgSync*

OrgSync is a college/university based network that serves as a bulletin
board, online forum, information sharing, and collaborative planning event
site is maintained by Clemson University. The MBA program has a page within
OrgSync for the sole use of our program. Why is this important??

OrgSync will connect you now and KEEP you connected to the MBA program long
after you graduate. You will not get MBA emails or even have your
clemson.edu mailing address forever. But you WILL have OrgSync access for
the rest of your life.

We are overhauling our page now and are opening registration at the link
below. You will also get an invite via your clemson.edu address. If you

*Annie's House*

The MBA-SA has partnered to volunteer with Annie's House (a Sustaining Way
non-profit) in the past, and they have reached out and asked us to help
promote/encourage attendance at a big fundraising event on Saturday, Feb
1st at 12:00pm. The purpose is to raise money for emergency heating and
weatherization. The MBA-SA will have a presence and hopes to see you too!
This is a great way to build rapport with the community and earn some
volunteer experience for your resume. If you are interested in volunteering

*Park Hero Project on GHS Swamp Rabbit Saturday, February 1st*



The Greenville Park Hero program will be doing a volunteer clean up project
on the GHS Swamp Rabbit Saturday, February 1st.  They will clear debris
from the trail corridor near the Roe Ford Road crossing above Furman
University from 9am – 12pm.

The MBA-SA/Soby's Restaurant guest bar tending event has been postponed.

*Town Hall*

John Aguirre, the MBA-SA First Year rep will be hosting a
Full-Time/Part-Time/Non-Degree Seeking Student town hall at the ONE
Building on Monday February 3rd, at 5:00pm in the 7th Floor B-Hive.
Everyone is welcomed to come and learn about the MBA-SA, our goals for the
semester and our events. You will also be able to express your thoughts
about the program and your concerns, needs, and comments as a student body.
The MBA-SA will collect your comments and present them the MBA staff the
following week. Dinner and refreshments will be available.

*MBA Student Seeking Rental*

MBA Candidate Arifur Rhaman has a two bedroom house in downtown Greenville
that has a vacancy.


The space is located just behind the Public Library in downtown.


Details of the place are:

Rent: $355/ month per person.
Water: Free of charge
Electricity: Inlucded.
Internet: $20/month per person.
Washer Dryer : Not available.

Kitchen : Share.

Bathroom : Share.



Total expenses per month for one person is $355+$20=$375 all included.


The house is in a very good condition and is not furnished.
