CLASSROOM CHANGE
ACCT 857/858 – CPA Exam Review - has been permanently relocated to Classroom 505. Please check the schedule provided by the Department Chair for accurate class dates as this class does not meet on the same days every week.

TABLES IN CLASSROOMS
Tables have arrived in the classrooms and we are in the process of hooking up electrical connections. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE the tables in the classrooms. We need them to stay in place for the electricity to be routed properly.

SECTIONALS AND STUDY AREA FURNITURE
Sectionals and round table/chair combos are arriving tonight and will be set up throughout the common study areas of the building. Please enjoy the furnishings and please be mindful to be careful with food and drinks on the upholstered pieces, and as always please use care not to spill food/drinks on the carpeted areas

ROOF TERRACE
Main Street is closed today for the final crane lift of materials to our 5th floor roof terrace. The terrace is scheduled to be open and available to use by the end of January – stay tuned for updates.

CONFERENCE ROOM REMINDERS
Please remember that the conference rooms on the 5th and 6th floors are to be scheduled in two hour increments. Details can be found in the attachment given out when you picked up your key fobs. Conference rooms on the 7th and 8th floors are designated for staff use and may only be used with permission from a staff member.

6th FLOOR COFFEE MACHINE
The coffee inserts for the machine in the 6th floor break room require several hours to thaw before use. Jeremy Monday is keeping up to make sure there is always one in the refrigerator ready to go if needed. If the machine is out of coffee please use the one from the refrigerator first, and pull another from the freezer to the fridge so it can be thawed for the next replacement.

OUR FIRST MAJOR EVENT  - JANUARY 30TH
We will be hosting our first major donor event on Thursday, January 30th in the 5th floor auditorium, lobby and roof terrace. The event is an invitation only celebration for board members and other Clemson VIPs. Please try to avoid those areas of the 5th floor as much as possible from 5:30 – 8:30 pm on the 30th. No classes are scheduled on that floor during the evening so hopefully this will not be an inconvenience.
