MBA 899- International Business Law
As you know, the world is becoming smaller and smaller and firms are increasingly looking for employees with cross-cultural competencies. One of the best ways to develop those competencies is through a study abroad experience. The Clemson MBA/MPAcc Fall Break in Europe program offers such an experience.
Up to twenty (20) MBA and MPAcc students will take MBA 8990 (Selected Topics - Int'l Business Law), ACCT 8730 (International Taxation), or ACCT
8630 (Forensics and Analysis) during the Fall, 2014 semester. The courses include a field trip to Paris, Brussels, and London over Fall Break.
While abroad, students will visit organizations such as OECD, ICC, EU Commission/Parliament, and Deloitte. The program also includes plenty of free time to explore these wonderful cities and to make side trips to places like Bruges or Windsor.
Please see the attachment for additional details. For more information, including application instructions, go to http://people.clemson.edu/~judsonj/fallbreak.html . Based upon our initial response, it appears the program will fill up quickly, so we are encouraging students to apply early.
If you have any questions, please contact Professor Jahn: judsonj at clemson.edu<mailto:judsonj at clemson.edu>

The MBA Student Association has created a Google Doc where you can buy and sell your books. Get ahead of the curve by listing all the books you have today, and sell them after you take your final exams! Students already have their schedules for Fall and Summer, so take a look and see if any of the books you'll need are listed. Please fill out as much information as possible about the books you're selling, and be courteous of other people's postings by only making changes to your own.
