[MBA-FT-Students] Exams and Events

Dear Tigers,

On behalf of the MBA Student Association, I would like congratulate
everyone on making it to the end of the Spring semester.  Congratulations!
For some of you, this is your first semester and for others this will be
your last semester, either way, this is a joyous occasion.  Each day during
exam week, the MBASA is sponsoring an official Study/Cookie Break for all
MBA students.

Please come by the six-floor student lounge(kitchen) from 1:00-6:00 pm,
M-Th, for fellowship and to enjoy some scrumptious treats.  We will be
serving an assortment of cookies and water, so we encourage you to take a
break.

Don't forget there are two other grad student events this week as well.
First, on Thursday April 24th, is *Band, Baseball, and Brew. *Where we will
meet at the Clemson tent during Downtown Alive around 5:30, enjoy some
music, and then proceed to the baseball game at Fluor Field.  Then on
Sunday is the 1st annual Grad Olympics. The information is below.

 Campus Recreation and Graduate Student Government are excited to announce
the *1st Annual Grad Olympics*! What are the GradOlympics? It's a friendly
competition of graduate students from all areas of campus which uses easy
sports and other throwback events to bring out the fun side in everyone! We
will have activities, music, chances to meet other graduate students, and
tons of fun! Events that will take place are dodgeball, volleyball, a
basketball shot competition, obstacle/relay events, and some potential egg
toss or water balloon tosses! You do not have to participate in every
event, but it's highly encouraged. Our collaborative efforts want to give
you the most fun and exciting way to just relax and meet other students who
are in the same roles as you across campus. This event is not just for
groups! If it is just you who wants to participate, please do! We will
match you with an awesome group of grads on the day of the event! Come on
out and get ready to break a little sweat, have a lot of laughs, and create
new friendships as we bring this academic year to an end!

*How to Register:*

You can register online by going to www.imleagues.com. If you do not have
an account, please create one for Clemson University. After doing this,
search for Grad Olympics. Once found, click on the Grad Olympics icon and
it will allow you to fill in your Name and CUID number. Your team name will
just be your name. Once this is filled out and the waiver has been
electronically signed, click 'Register' and you will be signed up! If you
are interested but do not have team mates that is completely fine. Everyone
is signed up as an individual and we can place you on a team the day of the
event. Registration for the event will close Friday, April 25th at 9am.
Spread the word to fellow grads and let's make this an event of 'Olympic'
proportions!


*Fee*: Grad Olympics is free to all participants!
*When: Sunday, April 27th from 1-5:30pm*
*Where*: Fike Recreation Center (Back basketball courts)
*What to Bring*: CUID, water bottle, gym clothes/shoes, and a fun attitude
