[Mathreu] Selmer groups and graphs

Hi all,

I am attaching 2 papers.  The first shows the relationship between Selmer
groups and even partitions of graphs.  The second considers the distribution
of the number of even partitions in random graphs of a given size.
Generalizing either of these papers would be a great REU project.
