As you all settle in and become acquainted with your new surroundings, there
may be some problems that pop up occasionally.  We have already had an issue
with air conditioning, but I just got word that everything is now working
fine!  If any other maintenance issues come up, I've been instructed to tell
you to either call the front desk in the commons area or, if you think it's
an emergency, you can call maintenance directly at 864-656-5450.  You can
also call me on my cell at 864-557-0980.  I'm usually free in the evenings
except for Wednesdays (choir practice).
