The Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) invites applications from highly motivated individuals looking to join a diverse, vibrant community of teacher-scholars as a tenure-track faculty member at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor. Successful candidates are expected to build a strong externally sponsored research program, advise Ph.D. and master's students, develop and teach undergraduate and graduate classes, advise undergraduate researchers and design teams, and work collaboratively to advance the goals of the department.  We are currently seeking candidates with research and teaching expertise in the area of Smart Manufacturing Systems including robotics, automation, augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR), and Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies.
