[IISE Faculty List] URGENT: INFORMS - 272 more votes needed and two weeks left!

Many of you know that INFORMS has a paper voting campaign under way. At the
last check, there were 272 more votes needed for the campaign to qualify.
 If every IE department in the nation helped two more people vote, then it
could solve the problem.

About a week or two ago an email was sent out to all members where a vote
had been recorded. If you did not receive that and did not vote since then,
then your vote may not be registered.  Please, please help ensure every
faculty, student, alumni, practitioner, retiree member, has the opportunity
to vote.

*Simple instructions to vote*

The details of the amendment are at www.informs.org/amendment.

   1. Please print the *enclosed pdf ballot form*.
   2. Write your *member number* on the printed ballot.
   3. Mark your selection by filling in the box next to your choice.
   4. *Write your name on the envelope for your vote to be valid  -- this
   is very important.*
   5. Mail completed ballot to

           Survey and Ballot Systems
           7653 Anagram Drive,
           Eden Prairie, MN 55344 USA.

  If you do not remember your member number, you can find it by logging
into informs.org.  Click on "Menu" and select "My INFORMS" -- you will find
your member number and other details about your membership. If you are
still unable to find it, please send us an email and we will look it up for
you.
