Oregon State University (OSU-Cascades) in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Machining Shop and Maker Space Manager. This is a full-time, 12-month, professional faculty position. The Manager of the Machining Shop and Maker Space is broadly responsible for teaching and training within the spaces, training students, faculty and staff on equipment and safety and supervision of them while utilizing the space, and supervision of lab technical staff. The Manager of the Machining Shop and Maker Space is also responsible for facilities management and oversight for the engineering teaching and research laboratories, and budgetary oversight for these efforts.
