Hello Bopaya,

It has been a few months since we last spoke at the EAC ExCom meeting in July.  As you know, I left George Mason University to join Morgan State University.  I officially joined MSU as Dean of The Clarence M. Mitchell, Jr. School of Engineering on August 17, 2020. Joining MSU as dean is a position that I have longed for and one that I am truly proud to hold.

Since coming aboard at MSU, there are a number of opportunities to grow and build the school, including hiring faculty and staff.  I am currently looking for two department chairs, one to lead our Department of Industrial and System Engineering.
