Ad-Interim Assistant Professor-Industrial Engineering
SUMMARY:
The Department of Engineering & Technology at Texas A&M University-Commerce is seeking applicants for a non-tenure tract temporary Ad-Interim Assistant Professor position to teach courses within the Industrial Engineering program. The position will begin September 2020. The duration of this appointment is up to one (1) year. Faculty at Texas A & M University-Commerce are required to conduct scholarly activities, work cooperatively with others, and contribute service to their discipline, the university, and the community.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Areas of teaching assignments include, but not limited to:
* engineering statistics,
* engineering economy,
* facilities planning,
* human factors, engineering management, and systems. Faculty are expected to have a current knowledge of the industrial engineering profession and related research fields.
