During the webinar, Sarah Wasageshik will explore the history and future of e-commerce, explain the benefits and challenges of e-commerce, and how FedEx Ground is responding to the shift in consumer behavior. Specific topics will include:
-The rise of e-commerce and the resulting shift from B2B to B2C sales
-The impact to the pickup and delivery industry
-How one carrier is adapting to the new demands

*About the Speaker:
Sarah Wasageshik is a Project Manager at FedEx Ground. She has over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, including the areas of operations management, process engineering, finance, technology, business agility, and project management. She has directly witnessed the transformation of the pickup and delivery industry due to the rise of e-commerce. Mrs. Wasageshik is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BS, Mechanical Engineering).
