Description: This panel interactively discusses the academic job search process from how to position yourself well for the academic job market to how you can excel in on-site job interviews. The session brings together the perspective and experiences of faculty who have successfully went through the academic job search process in recent years, as well as the perspective of faculty who are involved in reviewing job applications and making the hiring decisions. Time will also be provided for open questions and answers.
