Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering Faculty Positions

The Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University
of Michigan invites applications and nominations for faculty positions
beginning
September 2019.

We seek outstanding candidates for faculty positions at all ranks. We will be
considering candidates in all areas of Industrial and Operations Engineering
including Operations Research, Analytics, Data Science, Human Factors,
Machine Learning, and related disciplines. Candidates must have a Ph.D. and
must demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality research and evidence
of teaching potential.

Candidates should provide (i) a current C.V., (ii) a list of references; and
one-page summary statements describing: (iii) career teaching plans, (iv)
research plans, and (v) course (teaching) evaluations for candidates with
prior teaching experience. Candidates are strongly encouraged to describe
their commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion in their teaching
