College of the Ozarks invites applications for a full-time faculty position in industrial engineering and related topics.  In support of our young and growing multidisciplinary engineering program, the successful candidate will be expected to develop and teach courses across the range of industrial engineering topics, as well as support work in related areas such as manufacturing and systems engineering and assist with teaching core engineering topics.  Additional duties include advising students, supporting senior design projects, working on projects with regional industry, and participating in student design competitions.

The preferred start date is no later than August 1, 2019.

The position requires an M.S. or Ph.D. in industrial engineering or a related field, and a self-motivated, versatile individual with strong classroom teaching skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with other faculty members.  Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Ph.D. and have a P.E. license with industry experience.  Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

College of the Ozarks is a small (1,500 students), liberal arts, work-study college with a commitment to evangelical Christian faith and service, located in southwest Missouri near Branson (www.cofo.edu).
