15th Annual IISE New Faculty Colloquium

Nominations Due from Department Heads/Chairs: March 20, 2017

The Council of Industrial Engineering Academic Department Heads (CIEADH) and the Institute of Industrial and
Systems Engineers (IISE) requests nominations for the 15th Annual New Faculty Colloquium on Saturday, May 20,
2017, prior to the IISE Annual Conference and Expo.

All nominations must be made by department heads/chairs and should be submitted as an email to both
Organizers:
* The email from the department head/chair should specify the name of the nominee and their contact information (this email does not need to serve as a nomination letter but only needs to specify the name and
contact information for the nominee); and
* Attach a current CV for the nominee in MS Word or PDF.

E-mail nominations to epohl at uark.edu <mailto:epohl at uark.edu> and evanaken at vt.edu <mailto:evanaken at vt.edu> with the subject line "IISE New Faculty Colloquium
Nomination."

Nominations must be received by Monday, March 20, 2017. Early nominations are encouraged since space is limited. Nominees will be notified whether they are accepted for this colloquium by the end of March to allow time to make travel arrangements.
