Save the Dates-- April 6 & 7, 2016
You are invited to participate in Student Days at MODEX 2016, the greatest supply chain show on earth. Student Days provides a venue for academia and industry professionals to engage in real world discussions about the technologies and the skill sets required for future influencers within the supply chain, material handling, and logistics industry.
During these two days, students and faculty members are invited to take advantage of Student Day opportunities to learn more about the industry and network with industry leaders.
Wednesday, April 6, 2016: Classroom Day - For the 13th consecutive year, the College Industry Council on Material Handling Education will sponsor the popular Classroom Day. This event provides students with the opportunity to visit the show floor and meet with exhibitors on guided tours, led by experts in their field.
Over 200 students participate in Classroom Day each year and come away with a real world understanding of the products, services and technologies that enable the supply chain. Also, back by popular demand is our 2nd Networking and Careers Reception sponsored by the Material Handling Education Foundation, Inc. (MHEFI), which will take place directly after the Classroom Day activities.
Thursday, April 7, 2016: Facility Tours - Climb aboard your pre-arranged ground transportation departing from Georgia World Congress Center to see real world applications at two local facilities using state-of-the-art technologies. Tours will have limited seating so book your school early!
