The Department of Industrial Engineering at TED University (TEDU) invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor position to begin February 1, 2016. A doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a closely related discipline is required. An outstanding record or promise in both research and teaching is expected. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels and to conduct applied and/or theoretical research with a willingness to conduct research in interdisciplinary areas. Candidates with research interests in Supply Chain Management, Stochastic Modeling and Optimization, Yield and Revenue Management, Reliability, and Financial Engineering are particularly encouraged to apply.

TEDU is a private, not-for-profit university located in Ankara at the heart of Turkey. Founded in 2012 by Turkish Education Association - Higher Education Foundation, TEDU offers a liberal education with a large selection of elective courses, innovative teaching techniques and a student centered approach. The language of teaching is English. TEDU IE Department currently has a B.S. program in Industrial Engineering and collaborates with other departments to offer an M.S.
