Preparing for Accreditation Visits


The IIE Accreditation Advisory Council again will sponsor a workshop at the IIE Annual Conference & Expo to help industrial engineering and industrial engineering technology department chairs and assessment coordinators prepare for upcoming ABET accreditation visits.



The workshop is scheduled for 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. June 1 as a session during the conference, which will be held May 31 - June 3, 2014 at the Palais des Congrés de Montréal, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The session will focus on assembling documentation and making arrangements in advance of an accreditation visit, with a specific emphasis on industrial engineering program criteria.
