The Center for Logistics, Trade, and Transportation at the University of Southern Mississippi (www.usm.edu/cltt) is sponsoring the Logistics, Trade, and Transportation Symposium 2014 – that provides a unique forum for industry practitioners and researchers to network and share their ideas. This event provides an exciting opportunity for attendees to meet, network, explore ideas, and learn from the experts. On behalf of the organizing committee of Logistics, Trade, and Transportation Symposium 2014, we are accepting submissions in the areas of your expertise that are relevant to logistics, trade, and transportation.

The research presentations should contain results that are significant and have archival value to the logistics, supply chain, and transportation research community. We encourage all presenters to submit a full length paper for the symposium proceedings. Full papers have a 10-pages limit and will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Presentations without a paper are acceptable, but will not be indexed in the proceedings. Submissions must include an abstract (up to 200 words).
Abstracts are welcome in the following areas (not limited to):

• Freight Forwarding & 3PL Logistics
• Global Logistics
• Supply Chain Design & Management
• Multi-modal Transportation
• Transportation Economics
• Transportation Rules & Regulations
• Procurement & Supplier Selection

• Impact of Panama Canal Expansion, etc.
Submission Process:
In order to submit your presentation abstract for consideration, you will have to first register as an author.
