Description

.         You can attend both the ICQI and WCQI sessions.

.         ICQI sessions include 16 hour-long presentations and 12 two-hour
workshops.

.         Presentations feature new approaches and case-studies that
illustrate effective principles.

.         Workshops are learning opportunities that involve active personal
involvement.

.         In 2012, the ICQI had an average attendance of 61.4 persons per
presentation and 63.5 persons per workshop.
