Please see the attached Call for Papers for the Systems Engineering Track of the Industrial and Systems Engineering Research Conference (ISERC), a part of the Institute for Industrial Engineers (IIE) Annual Conference and Expo.

A notable change with the 2012 conference is the addition of SYSTEMS to the IERC title, recognizing an important emphasis in theory, methodology, and application in the area of systems engineering.  As such, we hope to increase participation in and exposure of the SYSTEMS ENGINEERING TRACK.

We encourage all presenters to submit a paper for the conference proceedings.  The papers should contain results that are significant and have archival value to the industrial and systems engineering research community. However, papers should be more limited in scope and length than a full-length journal paper.  Full papers have a ten-page limit and will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

In addition to research presentations, the annual conference offers many opportunities for attendees, including the Applied Solutions Conference program, plant tours, networking, and keynote speakers.  Further, special colloquia are designed for doctoral students and for new faculty.

Please help spread the word about the Systems Engineering Track and about the ISERC in general.  Apologies for multiple postings (but we're excited about this opportunity!).
