Dear Colleagues:
This email is to inform you that the call for papers, presentation and
session organizers is still active and your participation is greatly
encouraged. This years IERC will be held in Cancún, Mexico. We believe
this would be a great chance to visit, share research findings, and
enjoy Cancún, Mexico all at the same time.
Call for Papers, Presentations and Session Organizers
Quality Control and Reliability Engineering (QCRE) Track
IERC 2010 Annual Conference June 5 - 9
Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Hotel, Cancún, Mexico
The QCRE Division in IIE is planning to sponsor a cluster of sessions in
the general quality control and reliability engineering research area.
The interested topics will include, but are not limited to, applied
statistics, quality control, distributed sensing and data analysis,
reliability modeling and analysis, maintenance planning, process
control, and decision making, etc.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of QCRE Track of IERC2010, we
would like to invite you to organize sessions or submit
papers/presentation in your area of expertise in the quality and
reliability research area. For the session organizer, please keep in
mind that you need to invite 3~4 speakers in your sessions. Each session
takes 75 minutes.
For each of these sessions the Speaker has two options:
1) Submit a full length paper to the conference proceedings. The paper
format requirement will be come out at the conference web site
http://www.iienet2.org/annual2/default.aspx . Authors in this option
will give high priority status for acceptance, and can compete in the
Best Paper Award competition during the conference.
2) Abstract & Presentation only.
The Important due dates for the abstract/paper submission are:
Abstract submissions: November 20
Notification: December 20
Submission of papers (optional): January 30, 2010
Notification of acceptance/declines of papers: March 15
Final paper due: March 30, 2010
Presenting author registration due: April 2, 2010
