Call for Contributed Papers
Please e-mail an abstract of about 300 words stating the topic area by March
17, 2009 to: isoes at jfa-inc.com <mailto://isoes@yahoo.com> . Please specify
in the subject line whether your abstract is a conference submission or
symposium submission. All abstracts and papers submitted for publication in
the Conference proceedings will be reviewed by the International Program
Advisory Committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance by March 23,
2009. Full papers and conference registration will be due by April 28, 2009.
Papers for the conference will be published in CD format. Copies of the CD
will be available for the Conference participants. The conference executive
