Call for Papers, Presentations, and Session Organizers
IERC 2008 Engineering Economy Track
 
IERC 2008 Annual Conference

On behalf of the Engineering Economy Track Organizing Committee, we would
like to invite you to join us at the IERC 2008 Conference in Vancouver,
Canada.  We are seeking organizers for conference tutorials, sessions, paper
submissions and presenters in the areas of 
            
            Capital investment analysis
            Cost estimation and accounting
            Cost of capital
            Design economics
            Economic decision analysis
            Education
            Policy analysis
            Research and development
 
Each session will be 75 minutes. As an invited session chair, you would
invite 3-4 speakers in each of your session(s). Please note, and let your
invited speakers know, that presentations with an abstract only are also
accepted.

If you are interested in joining us leading a tutorial, as an invited
session chair or presenter in the engineering economy track please contact
Paul Componation by email at pjc at ise.uah.edu or by phone at 256-824-6738.
We would like to identify tutorials and invited session chairs by October
19th.  The IERC 2008 Conference deadlines are as follows:
 
            Submission of initial abstract: October 26, 2007
            Notifications of acceptance/declines of abstracts sent: December
14, 2007
            Submission of papers (this is optional, not a requirement):
January 25, 2008
            Notification of acceptance/declines of papers: March 14, 2008
            Final paper due: March 28, 2008
            Speaker registration deadline: April 4, 2008.
