Indian Subcontinent Region has to be moved from Bangalore to 
Delhi.  Therefore,

International Conference on Decision Sciences and Technology for 
Globalization during January 2-4, 2008 at IMT Ghaziabad, India.

You are invited to submit competitive papers, proposals for symposia, 
tutorials, and workshops on current topics in all areas of decision
