[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: wn_matrix version 0.16 now available

Release 0.16 of Webnucleo's wn_matrix Module is now publicly
available. wn_matrix is a library of codes for storing and managing
sparse matrices.

The module is available at this location:

   Below are the recent updates to the module:

     Fix:

        Definitions have been made more specific to module to prevent
collisions with other libraries.
