[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: wn_sparse_solve version 0.5 now available

Release 0.5 of Webnucleo's wn_sparse_solve module is now publicly
available.  wn_sparse_solve is Webnucleo's C toolkit for interfacing
Webnucleo matrix codes with SPARSKIT2.

        Fix:

        Unsupported Sparskit routines have been modified for thread safety.

        Reorganization:
