[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: libnucnet 0.14 is now publicly available

Release 0.14 of Webnucleo's libnucnet Module is now publicly available.
Libnucnet is a library of codes for storing and managing nuclear reaction
networks (that is, collections of nuclei and reactions among them). The
module is available at this location:

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        Fix:

        Format codes on print_largest_nucleon_number example routine have
been fixed.

        Internal:

        An unnecessary allocation in getSpeciesByName() has been replaced
by a more efficient cast.

        The callback routines to compute the Jacobian and flow vector have
been simplified by using arrays of reactant species instead of
lists.
