[Webnucleo] libstatmech version 0.4 now available

Release 0.4 of Webnucleo's libstatmech Module is now publicly available.
libstatmech is a library of codes for computing the statistical mechanics
of fermion and boson gases.

The module is available at this location:

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        New:

        Code is now hosted at SourceForge.net.

        The examples/ directory now includes a regression test script
generator.

        Reorganization:

        Examples directory has moved to same level as src/.

        Example codes now have descriptive names.
