[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: libnuceq version 0.2 now available

[Announce list for the Webnucleo project.]

Release 0.2 of Webnucleo's libnuceq module is now publicly available. 
libnuceq is a library of codes for computing arbitrary nuclear statistical
equilibria relevant for nucleosynthesis.  This is the initial public
release of this module.

The module is available at this location:

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        New:

        Code is now hosted at SourceForge.net.

        The examples/ directory now includes a regression test script
generator.

        Reorganization:

        Examples directory has moved to same level as src/.

        Example codes now have descriptive names.
