[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: Liblvls 0.4 Released

[Announce list for the Webnucleo project.]

Release 0.4 of Webnucleo's liblvls Module is now publicly available.

The codes contained in this module allow the user to store and manage
level data for quantum systems such as atoms, molecules and nuclei.

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        New:

        liblvls is now hosted at SourceForge.net.

        The examples/ directory now includes a regression test script
generator.

        Reorganization:

        Examples directory has moved to same level as src/.

        Example codes now have descriptive names.

        Data for example codes is now downloaded separately.
