[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: wn_matrix version 0.12 now available

Release 0.12 of Webnucleo's wn_matrix Module is now publicly available.
wn_matrix is a library of codes for storing and managing sparse matrices.

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        Fix:

        Casts in the data sort routine have been fixed to allow a clean
compile with g++.

        Unreliable floating-point equality comparisons have been fixed.
