[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: libstatmech version 0.2 now available

Release 0.2 of Webnucleo's libstatmech Module is now publicly available.
libstatmech is a library of codes for computing the statistical mechanics
of fermion and boson gases.

The module is available at this location:

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        Fix:

        Prototypes on accessor functions have been changed for better
const correctness.  This is a backwards-compatible change.

        Tutorial typos have been fixed.
