[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: wn_simple_gce 0.3 now publicly available

Release 0.3 of Webnucleo's wn_simple_gce Module is now publicly available.
wn_simple_gce is Webnucleo.org's library of codes for running simple
models of Galactic chemical evolution.

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        Fix:

        Some documentation typos have been fixed.

        Reorganization:

        User-supplied infall is now defined by a user-defined infall cycle
number integrand and, if available, a user-defined infall cycle
number function.  The technical report and some examples have been
modified to reflect this change.  This is a backwards incompatible
change.
