[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: wn_matrix version 0.10 now available

Release 0.10 of Webnucleo's wn_matrix Module is now publicly available.
wn_matrix is a library of codes for storing and managing sparse matrices.

The module is available at this location:

Below are the recent updates to the module:

     New:

     Routines to remove and insert rows and columns have been added to the
API.

     An example to demonstrate the new API routines has been added to the
distribution.

     Fix:

     Some typos in technical reports and documentation have been fixed.
