[Webnucleo] ANNOUNCE: wn_matrix version 0.9 now available

Release 0.9 of Webnucleo's wn_matrix Module is now publicly available.
wn_matrix is a library of codes for storing and managing sparse matrices.

  Below are the recent updates to the module:

        Fix:

        A number of casts have been fixed to eliminate warnings from 4.3
series GNU compilers (thanks to Yeunjin Kim for reporting these
warnings).
