[Webnucleo] Webnucleo.org down due to server move

[Announce list for the Webnucleo project.]

The webnucleo.org server is moving to a new physical location.  While the
server is being moved and reinstalled, webnucleo.org will be unavailable
from outside the Clemson University campus.  We expect the web site to be
available again no later than August 11, 2008.  We apologize for any
inconvenience.
