problems with the tool to the developers.

Add a Feature page added to allow users to make suggestions for
         future development.

The technical resources overview page now provides a tree structure
describing the organization of the downloadable distribution tar
file. Each file in the distribution contains API documentation
that is linked to a page that displays this information.

A "todo" list is provided to display future fixes to suggested problems
         and suggestions for future development.

         Fix:

Typographical errors have been corrected in the help links.

Central density help link is now fully functional.

         Reorganization:

Downloadable tar file distribution moved to downloads page.

The results table windows now no longer freeze the functioning of
the tool and need not be closed to continue use. The user can
now scroll through the results using the browser's
         back and forward buttons.
