ANNOUNCE: Polytrope Tool 0.6 Retire / 0.7 Release

Release 0.7 of Webnucleo's online Polytrope Tool is now
publicly available.  This tool allows an internet user to explore
simple models of stars. This release supersedes all other public
releases.

Release 0.6 of Webnucleo's online Polytrope Tool has been retired and is
no longer available. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.
