  label_1 = first label of zone

  label_2 = second label of zone

  label_3 = third label of zone

  t9 = input temperature

  tau = density e-folding time scale (<= 0 for static)

  t_end = duration to evolve system

  m_step = frequency of steps to print out

  xpath_nuc = nuclear xpath expression (optional--required if
xpath_reac specified)

  xpath_reac = reaction xpath expression (optional)
