There is one more term "initial_gas_mass" in the usage.

alpha_i ...

k = Clayton infall parameter k

Delta = Clayton infall parameter Delta

omega = gas consumption rate (per Gyr)

alpha = primary metallicity yield

species = name of species

decay_rate = decay rate (per Gyr)

alpha_i = alpha parameter for species
