Dear Sir/Madam.


            I am interesting on PhD programs on physics of Clemson
University                 I have done 4 year B.Sc(Physics Special) degree
program at faculty of Science ,University of  Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. I have
learnt Classical mechanics , Quantum  mechanics , Statistical physics ,
Electromagnetic theory , Relativity , Astronomy , Nuclear and Particle
physics , Medical physics , Electronics , Environmental and Geophysics  and
Solid state physics  during  undergraduate period . I keen on my eye on
Solid state physics and other than that ,I have learnt Nanoscience ,
Semiconductor physics , Solid state ionics and devices , Polymer  physics ,
Magnetic materials and Experimental technique and Material characterization
as branches of Solid state physics for my degree. Moreover my final year
research was done on Opto-electrical study on Electrodeposited CdSe thin
films. I have maintained 3.48 GPA during my undergraduate period. Since 4th
of January 2016, I work as a teaching assistant at department of  physics ,
university of peradeniya , Srilanka. I’m more interesting on next spring
intake( i.e January 0f  2017).             Would you advise me to how can I
join with your PhD research programs on next spring( i.e January 0f  2017) and
may I know about Scholarship or grant or any other financial assistance
given to graduate students from Clemson University   . I look forward to
hearing from you.
