[Panda-webmaster] registration for F=ma test

Dear Dr. Gerald and administrators/proctors of the F=MA exam,
I am writing to ask for a huge favor. 
I have long been working with three of my students for the upcoming F=MA test on Jan. 21st 2016, but to my horror I just missed the registration deadline! In fact I started the registration quite a while ago in December. But as I was filling out the online registration form, I did not have the accurate addresses of my students, and left the forms unfinished. I did not quite realize that the registration was not effective unless I completed it on the spot. Also, somehow I had the clear impression that the posted deadline was Jan 14th. But when I checked back online last weekend, the deadline was already past and the registration closed. My students have been studying and preparing hard for the test, and for two of them, this might the only chance they've got in high school to take it. MIssing the deadline was entirely my fault, and I hate to let them lose the opportunity because of my negligence. If you could by any means do us the special favor of letting them register, I and my students would be so ever grateful. In particular, Andy Xu has the promising prospect of excelling in this test and qualifying for national Olympiad. He is a veteran contestant in math Olympiad as well and has twice taken USAMO. The other two, Annabelle Yang and Oliver Song, are juniors with also impressive ability and track records in physics and academic contest, and they are more than ready to do their best for our state. I know I am making a special plead and asking you to go out of your way to consider helping us. But if it is possible at all, I know they will contribute their best, and be truly grateful.
