[Panda-webmaster] Application fee waiver related

Hello,

I am a student from Nepal. I have completed all the course works of my M.Sc. program and within some weeks I will be submitting my thesis to get graduation from Tribhuvan University. I have good grades since past 10 years. I have passed all the examination since then with distinction marks, the most recent being M.Sc. (Physics) with 75%, and B.Sc. with 79.5%. I have taken general GRE and TOEFL tests. GRE scores is 324, with quantitative score of 170 and verbal score of 154. Similarly, my TOEFL score is 99 (reading-25, listening-24, speaking-22 and writing-28).

Another thing to add, our country is in deep economic crisis at this moment. About 8 months ago a big earthquake attacked our developing economy, then economic blockade imposed by our neighbor India has made our life worse, we are suffering for daily livelihood. The application fee that this University has fixed is thus a huge amount of money for us at the moment. It would be a great privilege if you can manage some way out to apply to Clemson without application fee.
